• Shipping is available anywhere within Australia via Sendle. Shipping is calculated at a flat rate of $14 to account for postage and materials. Packing materials are recyclable (including biodegradable packing peanuts) so please either reuse or recycle the packing that your order comes in. Unfortunately, international shipping is unavailable at this time.

I am now also able to offer a pick up option, available from my shared studio space at the JamFactory, 19 Morphett St, Adelaide SA 5000. Select the pickup option at checkout, then email me to arrange a time to collect your piece(s).

Refunds are not offered if you change your mind, or damage your pottery. Sending ceramics via post can be a bit risky, if for some reason you receive your item damaged, please email me with a photograph within 48 hours of receiving your parcel. email: hello@sophiehorvatceramics.com

  • Sometimes if knocked, exposed to thermal shock or dropped, pottery can chip, crack or break.

Please handle each piece with care and if you intend to fill them with boiling liquid, warm up the piece first, this can help to avoid thermal shock and cracking.

Each piece is dishwasher and microwave safe unless stated otherwise. Please take care when loading and unloading as this is the most common time for breakages to occur.

Cork mats are advised to be placed beneath planters and vases to avoid damage to surface beneath.

  • Please email me with any wholesale or commission enquiries, including dimensions, quantities and your proposed timeline: hello@sophiehorvatceramics.com
